1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the MindFlip mobile application (“MindFlip”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information. MindFlip is a memory game developed by Amine Aabada.

By using MindFlip, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information stored on your device

MindFlip stores game information locally on your device so that the app can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:

• game progress and completed levels;
• diamonds, rewards, achievements, and statistics;
• unlocked packs and selected themes;
• sound, music, vibration, and display preferences.

This information is stored locally using device storage. MindFlip does not require you to create an account, and this local game data is not uploaded by us to a personal user account or cloud database.

You can remove local progress by using the app’s “Reset Progress” option or by uninstalling the app.

3. Advertising and third-party services

MindFlip uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

• device and advertising identifiers;
• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device, operating-system, app, and language information;
• advertising interactions, impressions, and performance data;
• diagnostic information used for security and fraud prevention.

The exact data processed depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google’s advertising configuration.

4. Consent and advertising choices

Where required, MindFlip uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent and present advertising privacy choices before ads are requested. Users in supported regions may be able to accept, reject, or manage advertising purposes and vendors.

When available, you can review or change your advertising consent from MindFlip’s Settings screen through “Ad privacy choices”.

5. Information we do not directly request

MindFlip does not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, microphone access, camera access, or payment information to play the game.

The app’s sharing feature opens your device’s standard share interface. MindFlip does not receive the list of people or apps with whom you choose to share.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google and participating advertising providers as needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertisements, subject to your consent and applicable law.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or others.

7. Data retention and security

Local game information remains on your device until it is reset, cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Third-party advertising providers determine their own retention periods and security practices under their policies.

We take reasonable steps to limit data handling, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

MindFlip is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact us using the details below.

9. International processing

Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when MindFlip’s features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
